5 Stars for Brad and his team. I had a simple and relatively stress free experience throughout my new pool build. Start to handover took about 6 weeks which was pretty good considering the 2 weeks of almost non-stop rain we had in May 22. The team made sure the pool was backfilled before it got too wet and even worked a public holiday to ensure It was ready for concrete. We definitely had some issues to deal with but Brad is hands on was very responsive whenever I called. The tradies were also courteous, neat and tidy. Handover was a breeze and I am delighted with the finished product, even if it is a bit cold to swim now 🙂 TFPC supplied and installed the Hampton pool (very nice), along with tiling and all the equipment including a Sunlover Heat pump which is also great for extending the season.
